NRM Litigation Lawyers is a boutique litigation and dispute resolution practice based in Melbourne and servicing clients throughout Australia. Established in 2021 by experienced commercial litigator Nick Moss, we represent individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in a wide range of disputes and non-litigious matters. Our approach combines a deep understanding of the law with a clear focus on achieving the best possible commercial outcome for each client.

Our Principal 

Our Principal Lawyer, Nick Moss, was admitted to practice in 2004 and has nearly two decades of experience in litigation and construction law. Before establishing NRM Litigation Lawyers, Nick spent close to a decade at two leading Melbourne firms—Macpherson Kelley and KCL Law—in their litigation and construction teams. In 2013, Nick broadened his expertise by undertaking a Master’s degree and working as a policy adviser to an Australian Federal Senator. He returned to private practice in 2021, founding NRM Litigation Lawyers with the goal of delivering specialist, outcome-focused legal services with a personal touch.
